About
Cape Town's Trusted Tiling Specialists - Since 2009
Truline Tiling was founded in 2009 by master tiler and Cape Town native Deon Fourie. After a decade spent working under some of the Western Cape’s most demanding commercial contractors learning the discipline and precision that large scale tiling demands Deon decided to build something of his own. Something that put quality first, every single time.
The name Truline was chosen deliberately. In tiling, a true line a perfectly level, plumb, and aligned reference line is the foundation of everything that follows. If your reference line is off, every tile you lay will compound that error. It’s a technical truth, but it’s also a philosophy. Get the fundamentals right and everything else follows.
Our Mission
The Early Years
Truline started as a two man operation working on residential bathrooms and kitchen splashbacks in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Word spread quickly not because of advertising, but because the work spoke for itself. Homeowners who’d had bad experiences with shortcuts and cowboy tilers found in Truline a team that simply did things properly.
